Keep it fresh!
To refresh the fabrics, we advise hand
wash with a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and dry flat. Please keep in mind it is not possible to wash the fabrics in the washing machine.
Dirt free!
To remove dirt for your chassis simply use a lukewarm wet cloth (no detergents needed). You can clean the wheels with water and mild detergent. Make sure you remove them before cleaning and put them back when they are dry.
When can I start using the Joolz Day+ seat, instead of the cot?
The cot offers more support to your babies back and neck and is suitable for newborns up to a maximum weight of 9 kg. When your baby can sit unaided it's time to switch to the seat unit, this is usually around 6 months. The seat unit can be used up to a maximum weight of 22 kg.
Where can I find the serial number of the Joolz Day+?
The Joolz Day+ serial number starts with DAY+CH and can be found at the bottom of the central chassis tube above the shopping basket.
When does the lifetime warranty apply?
Joolz offers lifetime warranty on a selection of pushchairs: the Joolz Aer, Day³, Joolz Day+, Joolz Hub, Joolz Hub+ & Joolz Geo². To be eligible for the lifetime warranty, all you have to do is register your Joolz pushchair on register.joolz.com within six months of purchase and keep your original proof of purchase, including a purchase date. By registering your Joolz pushchair, you explicitly agree to the terms of the lifetime warranty forth herein. Please note that this lifetime warranty is only valid for the original owner and is not transferable. We cover all material and manufacturing faults of the Joolz pushchair. To ensure that your warranty is valid, the use of your pushchair must be in accordance with our user manual and instruction videos.
