Keep it fresh!
To refresh the fabrics, we advise hand
wash with a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and dry flat. Please keep in mind it is not possible to wash the fabrics in the washing machine.
Dirt free!
To remove dirt for your chassis simply use a lukewarm wet cloth (no detergents needed). You can clean the wheels with water and mild detergent. Make sure you remove them before cleaning and put them back when they are dry.
When can I start using the Joolz Aer seat, instead of the carrycot?
When your baby can sit unaided it is time to switch to the seat unit, this is usually around 6 months. The seat unit can be used up to a maximum weight of 50lbs. And an additional 11 kg in the shopping basket.
Can I fold the Joolz Aer with the carrycot?
Yes, we have a unique easy to use folding mechanism where you can fold the chassis with the carrycot into a super compact package in just 3 seconds.
